At Isotubi, we believe in the power of ideas and the dedication of our team. In 2024, we launched the first edition of the annual “Improvement Proposal” contest, an initiative designed to promote creativity, optimize our processes, and advance towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The inaugural edition was a success, thanks to the numerous innovative proposals received, showcasing the talent and dedication of colleagues from various departments. After an anonymous and collaborative evaluation process, several winning projects were selected for their positive impact:
• Production Optimization: Enhancing the efficiency of a key machine for component manufacturing.
• Logistics Improvements: Implementing more organized and functional systems in the warehouse.
• Technological Transformation: Tools that strengthen communication between the quality, production, and back-office departments.
• Environmental Sustainability: Innovations to reuse water in production processes.
These initiatives align with SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), SDG 12 (Responsible Production and Consumption), and SDG 13 (Climate Action), reaffirming our commitment to more sustainable development.

Encouraged by the success of the first edition, in 2025 we will hold the second edition of the “Improvement Proposal” contest, aiming to continue fostering innovation and continuous improvement at all levels of our organization.
