ISOTUBI has proposed to achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading and innovation, while continuing on protecting labour rights and promoting a safe work environment, riskless for workers.
In 2015, the UN approved the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development, with goals that are focused on people, involving all countries and for the first-time including businesses as a primary and paramount element.
193 countries committed to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Isotubi is one of the companies that have already incorporated this agenda into their strategy.
SDG No. 8 Decent work for all and economic growth, is directly related to the professional field, seeks to reduce the unemployment rate, improve working conditions and increase labour productivity.
An improvement in people’s living standards cannot be conceived without addressing sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, without productive employment and in decent conditions.
We are carrying out an organic growth strategy through the creation of new plants, new offices and, of course, new employment, perfectly controlling the expansion and ensuring that the entire entity meets the goals set.
In 2015, when the agenda was approved, 64 people worked at Isotubi. We are currently 114.
Since January 2021, 5 people have joined the production plant and we have 3 new colleagues in our warehouse; a new maintenance manager, a new process manager and a colleague in our offices that expands our export sales team.
¡Welcome to Isotubi!
